In accordance with this agreement, both parties hereby concur to the following guidelines:

1). NO CELL PHONE VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHY. Any and all photo and video content will be made available to THE ALL OUT CALL OUT and any subsidiary companies for use by means of advertisement only. Content may bear a company logo/watermark of the original producing party, which does not exceed the viewing capability of said media. Content shall be submitted directly to whomever is deemed the “Media Representative” for each respective event; this individual is to be named below.

2). In exchange for rights to content, THE ALL OUT CALL OUT  will distribute media passes to affiliates of the company noted above. Passes are to grant open access to all venues associated with the above-mentioned event, which include but are not limited to The All Out Call Out. Any event or function not named in this agreement is not included under the aforementioned term “open access.”

3). With the exception of access to otherwise off-limits areas, all parties involved with this contract shall adhere to all general rules and regulations in force for each event listed above. Please visit www.alloutcallout.com for general rules; any rules not listed via the website shall be listed below and initialed by the agreeing media company below.

4). Media passes will be administered as a means of entry and privilege to each listed event. Any use of this pass for any reason not mentioned above will constitute a violation of this agreement and result in a dismissal of the waived entry and access to these events.

ABQ Dragway regulations require the use of safety vests for any and all crew members alongside the quarter-mile strip.

Any employee of a media company attempting to photograph or video any portion of these events in an otherwise off-limits area must be in possession of a press pass.

Sponsored parking is only provided for those companies participating in the vending of goods.
